FOOTBALL

It's Superbowl Sunday, and although I have no ties to either teams, it makes me super excited (pun definitely intended).  So, of course, on this day, what do I do?  I go shopping.  It was the perfect morning to hit the retail sales, AND I found my dress and shoes that I'll be wearing for Easter.  

Not only did I find the most amazing heels ever, which will be shown no earlier than Easter Sunday (don't wanna ruin the "wow" moment before due time), BUT I went into Marshall's the day before and found a beautiful pair or Sorel rain boots FOR $30.  I've been wanting a pair of Sorel's for about two weeks now, which doesn't seem like a long time, but to a shopaholic (self-proclaimed) that is an eternity.  I've gone online and found out that these particular brand of rain boots were quite expensive (around $100 a pair), so I decided to wait.  When I got to Marshall's and found these glorious drizzle walkers, I was so ecstatic, but not for long.  Of course, the only two sizes they had were for Tinker Bell and her BFF, Big Foot.  

I then decided to go online that same day and seek out these must haves.  I found a few options, but no luck for a great deal like $30.  So, when I woke up this morning, I thought I'd try Marshall's one more time to see if they had put my size out.  Nope.  Nothing.  I made sure to take a picture of the exact pair I had seen in the store and the exact color name.  I came back home and took my college research skills to the test, and guess what??  I FOUND THE PAIR I WANTED FOR $50!  I was so beyond thrilled.  Now, they weren't the $30 I was hoping for, but obviously you have to have abnormal sized feet to get great deals.  

So, in honor of Super Bowl Sunday, here are my Super Great Deal of the day rain boots...
